Edwin Barreto

Edwin Barreto has extensive work experience in the IT field. Edwin is currently serving as the Director of IT at Hero Facility Services since February 2021. Prior to this, Edwin worked at CMS Mechanical Services for 13 years, starting as a Senior System Administrator and later managing server and end user hardware, software, and OS updates. Edwin also has experience as a Service Desk Analyst at Lockheed Martin and as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Harris Corporation. Edwin started their career as a Helpdesk Employee at Pfizer and later worked as a Helpdesk Specialist at Ventiv Health US Sales. Throughout their career, Edwin has been responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and managing customer service.

From 1996 to 2000, Edwin Barreto attended the Florida Institute of Technology, where they studied Computer Science.
