Shailesh Srivastava

Shailesh Srivastava has extensive work experience in the financial services sector. Shailesh started their career at Birla Global Asset Finance Co.Ltd. as a Branch Manager, where they managed the retail finance business and was responsible for sourcing business and credit appraisal. Shailesh then joined HDFC Bank Ltd. as a Manager, where they managed credit underwriting and collections for various loan products.

Next, Srivastava joined ABN AMRO Bank as a Sr. Manager, overseeing credit underwriting and collections for auto loans, personal loans, mortgages, and credit cards. Shailesh then moved on to Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., where they served as the Zonal Credit Head for the North and West regions, focusing on retail loans against property (LAP) and unsecured business loans (UBL).

Most recently, Srivastava worked at Hero FinCorp. in various roles. Shailesh served as the National Credit Manager for LAP, responsible for instituting and executing high-level strategies and directing credit policies and underwriting functions. Shailesh also served as the Head of Credit and Head of Re-credit, overseeing credit management, risk compliance, and hind-sighting functions for various loan products. Throughout their career, Srivastava has demonstrated expertise in credit management, portfolio monitoring, underwriting, collections, and process optimization.

Shailesh Srivastava completed their AICWA degree in Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, Taxation, Management Accounting, and Business Laws from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India in 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Com. degree in Accounts, Cost Accounts, Economics, Business Maths, Mercantile Laws, Taxation, and Insurance in 1988.
