Vaibhav Dhall

Vaibhav Dhall's work experience includes positions in various companies and roles in the finance and banking industry. Vaibhav started their career at Engineers India Limited as an Engineer from 1994 to 1997. Vaibhav then worked at CRISIL as a Manager- Corporate Ratings from 2000 to 2004, where they conducted ratings and credit analysis for different sectors. Vaibhav joined GE Capital Services India as Vice President - Risk and National Head - Asset Based Finance in 2004 and stayed until 2013. In this role, they oversaw risk management and was responsible for asset-based finance. Vaibhav then joined ING Vysya Bank in 2013 as the Regional Credit Head for North & East and was in charge of credit approval, deal structuring, and portfolio management of the Mid Market portfolio. Vaibhav later worked at Kotak Mahindra Bank as Vice President - Credit - Large Corporates from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are at Hero FinCorp as Head - Risk and Policy (Corporate & Inst. Finance) since September 2020, where they handle risk management and formulates credit and risk policies for the Mid to Large Corporate segment. Vaibhav was also previously Head- Corporate Credit - Mid Market Enterprises at Hero FinCorp from 2017 to 2020.

Vaibhav Dhall completed their PGDM in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a BE degree in Chemical Engineering from the Department of Chemical Engineering, Panjab University from 1990 to 1994.
