Vijayanand V

Vijayanand V has a diverse work experience that spans over several years in various companies. Vijayanand started as a Trainee at the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing in 2005. Subsequently, they worked as a Project Associate at the Forest Research Institute. In 2006, they became a Principal Consultant at MITCON. Vijayanand then joined TÜV SÜD South Asia, where they held roles as an Auditor, Deputy General Manager, and eventually the General Manager of Environment. In 2017, they moved to Great Eastern Energy Corporation Ltd. as the Head of QHSE & Sustainability. Currently, they are the Head of Department for Health, Safety & Environment, and Sustainability at Hero Future Energies since 2019.

Vijayanand V completed a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Water Management from Magadh University in 2003. Vijayanand then pursued a Master's degree in Environment Management from Forest Research Institute, graduating in 2005. Subsequently, they studied Environmental Law at the National Law School of India University.
