Holger P. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Holger began their career as an intern at Mercedes-Benz Vietnam in 1997. Holger then joined Daimler AG as a trainee and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2008, Holger worked as a Consultant at Accenture. Holger then moved on to Suzlon Group, where they served as the Head of Technology Innovation from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they worked at Pon as the Director of Technology Management from 2015 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Holger worked at Rheinmetall as the Director of Product Development for e-bike systems. Holger then joined Brose Group, where they held various roles, including Director of Product Development and Director of Product Management for e-bike systems from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Holger serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Hero Motors.
Holger P. has a strong educational background in electrical, electronics, and communications engineering. Holger started their education at Leibniz Universität Hannover in 1993, where they pursued a pre-diploma in electrical and electronics engineering. From 1995 to 1997, they attended the University of Stuttgart, where they obtained a degree in Diplom Ingenieur in the same field of study.
In 1997, Holger P. joined Télécom Paris, where they completed their Ingénieur diplômé (ENST) degree in electrical, electronics, and communications engineering. During their time at Télécom Paris, they also had an internship at the University of Maryland in 1998, focusing on electrical engineering.
In addition to their academic achievements, Holger P. obtained a certification in Leadership Development Program - Leading Managers from the Center for Creative Leadership in September 2012.
