In 1997, Holger P. joined Télécom Paris, where they completed their Ingénieur diplômé (ENST) degree in electrical, electronics, and communications engineering. During their time at Télécom Paris, they also had an internship at the University of Maryland in 1998, focusing on electrical engineering.
