Vineet Arora

Vineet Arora has extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly in process and project engineering. VINEET began their career in 1995 at Lumax Industries Limited as a Process Engineer. VINEET then joined Minda Industries Ltd. in 2005, where they worked as a Process & Project Engineer for five years. In 2010, Arora joined NeoliteZKW Lightings Pvt.Ltd. as a Project/Process Engineer before transitioning to Neolite ZKW Lightings, where they served as a Process Engineer for eight years. In 2018, they joined Varroc Lighting Systems as a Deputy General Manager of Global Industrialisation and later moved to Magneti Marelli Motherson as a General Manager (Plant Manager). VINEET is currently working at Hero Motors as the Head of Operations.

Vineet Arora attended Delhi Jain Public School, Palam from 1978 to 1991. During this time, they completed their 10 + 2 education in the field of science.
