Vivek Madan

Vivek Madan has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership and management roles. Vivek is currently serving as the CTO & Head of Operations at Hero Housing Finance since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture as the Business Transformation & Automation Lead from April 2020 to March 2021.

From 2018 to 2020, Vivek served as the Vice President at Medanta - The Medicity Hospital. Vivek was responsible for overseeing operations and strategic initiatives during this time.

Before that, Vivek worked at Tata Tele Services Limited as the Head of Business Excellence from December 2016 to June 2018. Vivek focused on business performance improvement, process management, and driving a culture of excellence through the deployment of various techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, RPA, and Analytics.

Vivek also held the position of Global Quality and Innovation Leader at Publicis Sapient from October 2013 to December 2016. Vivek was responsible for leading quality initiatives and driving innovation within the organization.

Prior to that, Vivek worked at GE as the VP - Operations Leader & Master Black Belt from May 2008 to September 2013, where they played a key role in improving operational efficiency.

Vivek has also worked at Yes Bank, Genpact, Citibank, and ICICI Bank in various managerial roles, where they gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, and leading teams.

Vivek Madan completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Marketing and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, from 1999 to 2001. Before that, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, from 1993 to 1997. Vivek completed their schooling at Springdales School from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, Vivek Madan obtained a Master Black Belt certification from General Electric in November 2009.
