Paola Gordillo Correa

Paola Gordillo Correa is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Treasury and Financial Planning Manager at Hero Moto Colombia since March 2015, where responsibilities include managing, planning, organizing, and controlling treasury and financial planning processes to support company growth. Prior to this role, Paola held the position of Head of Treasury and Financial Planning, overseeing the administrative and operational management of financial processes. Experience also includes a brief tenure as Head of Organization and Methods at Hero MotoCorp Ltd in late 2014, and over eight years at Banco de Occidente, progressing from Junior Analyst to Functional Leader of Processes for a Core Banking project.
