Ajaykumar Kalyanshetti

Ajaykumar Kalyanshetti is an experienced Prototype Engineer at Hero MotoCorp since July 2022, specializing in forming and draw tool design as well as two-wheeler frame fixture design. Previously, Ajaykumar served as the Battery and BMS subsystem Head at NITKRacing from 2019 to March 2022, where notable contributions included developing a MATLAB model for lithium-ion battery simulation and designing a safety-oriented accumulator casing using SolidWorks. Additionally, Ajaykumar was involved in powertrain design, achieving 7th place in the Formula Bharat 2021 combustion vehicle category, and served as a Social Media Coordinator and Graphic Designer. Ajaykumar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, completed in 2022.
