Parag Agarwal

Parag Agarwal is an accomplished marketing professional with over two decades of experience across various sectors. Currently serving as AVP and Head of Sales and Marketing - Global Business at Hero MotoCorp since September 2008, Parag oversees marketing strategies for operations in 23 countries, having successfully launched the Hero brand in diverse regions including Africa, Latin America, and South Asia. Previous roles include AGM at Dabur, where responsibilities encompassed marketing for personal care products, and Marketing Manager at CavinKare, focusing on haircare. Earlier experiences include significant positions at Data Access India, Marico Industries, and various sales and marketing roles that contributed to strong brand positioning and product launches. Parag holds a PGDBM in Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Additionally, Parag completed the Senior Leadership Development Program at The Wharton School.
