Pawan Goel is a seasoned professional in sourcing and development with extensive experience in the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Dy. General Manager at Hero MotoCorp Ltd since June 2015, Pawan leads a team specializing in various component manufacturing processes, including forging and die casting, while driving cost-saving initiatives that have resulted in substantial financial benefits. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Cost Engineering at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, where Pawan successfully implemented cost reduction strategies and supplier negotiations. With a strong technical background as a Manager of Part Development at Hi-Tech Gears Limited and as a Process Engineer at Jobal Industries, Pawan has demonstrated expertise in project management, supplier development, and manufacturing optimization.
