Tejvir Singh is an experienced Team Manager specializing in production and quality management at Hero MotoCorp Ltd since 2009, leading a team of 140 in the weld and fabrication shop. Key responsibilities include production planning, TPM coordination, and supervising welding operations, along with training and process improvement initiatives. Prior to this, Tejvir served as a Senior Production Engineer at Thai Summit Neel Auto Pvt Ltd, managing production operations in the weld shop and developing manufacturing processes to boost productivity. Tejvir holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile from RJIT, Tekanpur, and completed schooling with a focus on PCM at Gandi Vidhya Niketan Inter College Budhpur Ramala, Baghpat.
