Angga Permana has extensive experience in HRIS management, system analysis and improvement, data analysis, people management, payroll, project management, compensation and benefits, organization development, performance management, and training management. In their role as an HRIS Specialist at PT. Hero Supermarket, Tbk, Angga has successfully implemented various projects and enhancements. Prior to this, Angga worked as an IT Development Staff at PT. Smarfren Telecom, Tbk where Angga contributed to product development and system analysis. During their internship at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, Angga focused on research and application development for data synchronization. Angga Permana holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.
