Dušan Šušić

Dušan Šušić has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dušan is currently the Director of Infrastructure and Security at Hero since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an Engineering Manager at Hero from July 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Hero, Dušan worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Hero from October 2020 to July 2021 and as a DevOps Consultant at Hero from September 2019 to September 2020.

Before Hero, Dušan worked at Instana as a Systems Engineer from March 2018 to September 2020. Dušan also worked at codecentric Serbia as a Senior DevOps Consultant from October 2017 to May 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Medior Linux System Administrator at Levi9 Technology Services from August 2014 to October 2017. Dušan'searlier experience includes working as a Junior System Administrator at Univerexport DOO from May 2013 to August 2014.

Dušan started their career as a Freelancer from July 2006 to January 2013, gaining valuable experience in various roles and projects. Overall, Dušan has a strong background in infrastructure, security, and DevOps with expertise gained from their extensive work experience.

Dušan Šušić earned a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Microcomputer Electronics from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad, completing their studies in 2011. Dušan then pursued a Master's degree in Microprocessor Systems and Algorithms at the same institution, which they completed in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Dušan Šušić also obtained several certifications from Amazon Web Services. In 2016, they became an AWS Certified Developer - Associate, an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, and an AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate.
