Kal Vepuri

Kal Vepuri is the Founder and CEO of Hero, a company focused on modern medication management and virtual care to enhance healthcare providers' remote care programs, serving since July 2018. As the Founder of Brainchild Holdings since August 2009, Kal Vepuri has made over 300 direct investments in seed-stage marketplaces and technologies across various sectors, including fintech and healthcare. Previous experience includes roles as an engineer and founder in the telecom and web hosting industries from 1997 to 2009, as well as serving as an investor in late-stage healthcare leveraged buyouts from June 2006 to July 2009. Kal Vepuri began the career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from July 2004 to May 2006. Educational achievements include being a Fulbright Scholar and earning a BSE in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Economics from Duke University.
