Terra Spignardo

Terra Spignardo has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Terra started their career at Amgen in 2002 as a District Sales Manager in the Oncology Business Unit, where they worked for 10 years. In 2012, they joined Dendreon as an Associate Director in charge of GPO and Strategic Markets. After a year, they moved on to Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they served as an Associate Director in Corporate Accounts from 2013 to 2015. Finally, they joined Heron Therapeutics, Inc. in 2015, initially as a Regional Sales Director and then promoted to National Sales Director in the Strategic Customer Group in May 2017.
