Alexandros Kovoglanidis

Alexandros Kovoglanidis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administration and sales. Currently serving as a Back Office Administrator at HERON since January 2021, Alexandros has previously held roles as a Bill Copies Issues specialist and a Billing Experience Specialist. Prior to this, Alexandros worked as a Sales Consultant at Dixons South East Europe for a short tenure in late 2020 and as a Collections Agent at Vodafone from October 2017 to July 2020. Alexandros also gained valuable experience as an Assistant Manager in a family business from June 2010 to September 2017. Academically, Alexandros holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology from the University of East London and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
