Valentin Orru

Valentin Orru is a dynamic professional currently serving as the Head of Growth at Hero, where they lead initiatives to become the premier financial partner for digital SMEs in Europe. Previously, Valentin co-founded Calvine, a fintech focused on instant refunds and exchanges for e-commerce customers, and worked in Growth Analytics at Matera, which specializes in managing common parts for flat owners. Earlier in their career, Valentin contributed to growth operations at Jumia, a leading e-commerce platform in Africa. Valentin holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris and a Master’s degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
