Hans Drijver

Hans Drijver has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Hans is currently a Co-founder at Heroyam, an organization that connects newcomers in the Netherlands, such as refugees and asylum seekers, with employment opportunities. Hans also co-founded TheGreaterGift, a company focused on social impact. Prior to these ventures, Hans co-founded Ocio, a company with a similar goal of bridging the gap in the labor market for newcomers.

Hans also has a background in digital marketing, having owned their own digital marketing agency, It's Marketing - Experts in Digital Marketing. Hans has also worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Netstar Dutch Tourism Marketing and as a Project Manager and Digital Marketing Trainee at AlphaRainbow Marketing.

Before entering the digital marketing field, Hans gained experience in the tourism industry as a Front Office Employee and Allround Employee at Camping de Koeksebelt. Hans also worked as a Researcher at Windesheim Business Development Centre, where they provided feedback and assistance to students, student entrepreneurs, and SMEs on various business-related issues.

Throughout their career, Hans has demonstrated a strong commitment, motivation, and perseverance in their work.

Hans Drijver obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics and Law from Windesheim, which they attended from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Higher General Secondary Education in Economy and Society at Vechtdal College Ommen from 2008 to 2013. In addition, Hans has obtained various certifications including Google Ads Mobile Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Fundamentals, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ).
