Beatriz Pina

Beatriz Pina has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving in Desarrollo Humano at Herramientas HECORT since October 2022. Prior roles include Manager of General Services, Junior Manager of Labor Relations, and Supervisor of Organizational Development at Cooperation Manufacturing Plant Aguascalientes from November 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included coordination of training processes, recruitment, selection, and talent management.
