Alice Lancaster

Alice Lancaster is a principal engineer at Herrera Environmental Consultants. Alice has over 20 years of experience in surface water and hydraulic engineering. Lancaster has worked on many high-profile projects involving fish life-cycle habitat development, culvert replacement and retrofit for fish passage, flood control, sediment management, channel stabilization, and daylighting culverted streams. Alice is widely regarded as an expert in their field and their work has helped to improve the lives of many people.

Alice Lancaster has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. Alice also has certification from the California Board for Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors in Professional Civil Engineer - California, from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure in Envision Sustainability Professional, and from Washington State in Professional Civil Engineer - Washington.

Their manager is Mike Spillane, President & CEO. They work with Phil Coughlan - Sustainable Development Practice Director, Theresa Wood - Vice President, and Mary Shanks - Principal Engineer.
