Joel Wagman

Joel Wagman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Counsel at Herrick, Feinstein LLP since January 2007. In this role, Joel advises clients on forming partnerships, complex business arrangements, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity and venture capital transactions. The client base includes various industries such as sports, hospitality/food and beverage, technology, life sciences, and building materials, and covers all stages of business development from start-ups to business dissolution. Prior to Herrick, Feinstein LLP, Joel was a Partner at Goodwin Procter LLP from 2001 to 2007. Joel holds an A.B. in Politics from Brandeis University and a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
