Prior experience includes a long tenure at Herrmann Ultrasonics, starting as an Ultrasonics Engineer and progressing through roles as Service Manager, Ultrasonic Engineering Manager for the Packaging Division, and ultimately Operations Manager, focusing on Order Fulfillment since December 2018. Scott Weiss holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northern Illinois University, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
