Scott Weiss is currently serving as the General Manager at AmeriChem Systems, Inc., where custom equipment is developed with a comprehensive range of engineering support services. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Herrmann Ultrasonics, starting as an Ultrasonics Engineer and progressing through roles as Service Manager, Ultrasonic Engineering Manager for the Packaging Division, and ultimately Operations Manager, focusing on Order Fulfillment since December 2018. Scott Weiss holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northern Illinois University, obtained between 2002 and 2007.

In addition, we offer solutions for food cutting by the use of ultrasonic knives. The NONWOVENS division offers applications for continuous production in the fields of bonding, laminating, embossing, perforating, sewing and cutting of nonwoven, foils, paper and filter materials. In close cooperation with our customers we have become the market leader by developing innovative ultrasonic components. The METALS division offers joining technology for nonferrous metals. Ultrasonic welding of nonferrous metals, such as copper and aluminum, is an established joining technology and is suitable for many applications in the fields of automotive, consumer products and electronics industry.
