Leroy Mtengwa has a solid work experience timeline, starting in 2010 at Brady Corporation as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer. Leroy then moved on to Mondelēz International in 2012, where they held two roles, including that of a Mixing Department Production Supervisor and later a Product Line Manager. In 2016, Leroy joined Herr Foods Inc. as a Plant Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Process Engineer. Leroy then became the Director of Manufacturing in 2020 before being promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing Process and Technology in September 2022.
