Robert F. Walsh is an experienced educator and columnist with a diverse background in writing and education. Since 2010, Robert has contributed a bi-monthly column to Hersam-Acorn newspapers, which includes various local publications. In addition to writing, Robert has served as an English teacher at Eastern Middle School since 1999. Robert also has experience in content creation, having worked as a contributor for the United Football League in 2009. Earlier in Robert's career, from 1998 to 1999, Robert headed the training department and managed technical publications for Phoenix System Integration, LLC, focusing on technology solutions for regulated industries. Additionally, Robert volunteered as a houseparent for Boys Hope/Girls Hope in 1991. Robert holds a MA in Education from the University of Bridgeport and a BA in English from Xavier University.
