Debra Kahn

Debra Kahn is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in environmental and transportation policy coverage. Currently serving as the California Policy Editor at POLITICO since January 2019, Debra has also held roles as Deputy Sustainability Editor, California Bureau Chief, and Reporter within the same organization. Prior to joining POLITICO, Debra worked as a Reporter at E&E Publishing, LLC from January 2006 to December 2018, and briefly as a News Editor at U.S. News & World Report in 2005. Debra holds a degree from the University of Maryland.
