Alice Young

Alice Young is an accomplished professional specializing in event management and process improvement, currently serving as the Manager of Process Improvement & Integration at Herschend Family Entertainment since January 2022. Previously, Young held the position of Associate Director of Alumni Engagement at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary, where responsibilities included strategic engagement for business programs. With a strong foundation in event coordination, Young has worked as an Event Specialist for the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation and in various roles at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Downtown Catering & Events, and Plum Productions. Young's extensive background is complemented by a BFA in Design & Production from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
