Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Director at Herschend Family Entertainment, overseeing human resources operations across six properties in the United States. Previously, Kevin held various roles at Newport Aquarium, including Human Resources & Safety Director, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of HR and safety procedures. Kevin also served as Operations Manager for Ride The Ducks Newport, leading recruitment and operational management from the attraction's opening in 2006. Kevin’s career began as a Corporate Trainer at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis, where Kevin focused on training initiatives. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from Northern Kentucky University.
