Renee Schroll

Renee Schroll is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director at Herschend Family Entertainment since October 2025. Prior to this role, Renee held the position of Vice President, People & Organization at Palace Entertainment from June 2024 to October 2025, and served as the Director of People and Organization at Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Resort, overseeing HR responsibilities for the amusement park, hotel, and campground between March 2022 and June 2024. Renee's earlier career includes extensive experience at Speedway LLC, where positions ranged from Human Resource Manager North East to Human Resource Manager Colony Region from October 2014 to March 2022. Previous roles also include various HR and marketing positions at Hess Corporation, Shipley, and Turkey Hill Minit Markets, showcasing a strong foundation in human resources and marketing. Renee is an alumnus of Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
