Samantha Mercer

Samantha Mercer is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Herself Health since August 2022. Previously, Samantha worked at Carbon Health as a Senior Clinician Recruiter and Clinician Recruiter from June 2021 to August 2022, and at naviHealth as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Physician Recruitment from October 2019 to June 2021. Samantha also held roles at CareHere LLC, managing talent acquisition efforts for over 200 health centers across multiple states, and served as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Coordinator at All About Care, overseeing recruitment strategies and caregiver onboarding.
