Alanie Mendoza

Alanie Mendoza started their work experience in 2019 as an Apprentice at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Alanie held this role from August 2019 to July 2021. In 2022, they joined Hersha Hospitality Management as a People Support Coordinator, and they are currently in this position.

From 2020 to 2022, Alanie attended Rollins College and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.

Before that, from 2016 to 2019, they attended the University of Central Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International/Global Studies.

Prior to their undergraduate studies, from 2013 to 2015, Alanie attended Miami Dade College and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Psychology.

In addition to their formal education, Alanie also holds two certifications. In November 2020, they obtained the ServSafe Proctor certification from the National Restaurant Association. In September 2019, they acquired the ServSafe Manager certification from the same institution.
