Marc Kleinman

Marc Kleinman's work experience begins in 2001 with a role as a Senior Accountant at Digex, Inc. Marc prepared monthly financial statements for the web hosting company and assisted the Controller with various reporting and management requirements. Marc also automated the close process to reduce the time it took to close from 14 days to 4 days.

In 2004, they became a Senior Accountant at 4GL School Solutions, where they continued to prepare monthly financial statements for a VC-owned company. Marc also reviewed monthly departmental statements with appropriate directors and assisted in VC funding documentation preparation.

From 2005 to 2007, Marc worked at Bionicare Medical Technologies, Inc. Initially, they were an Assistant Controller, but then took on the role of Accounting Manager. Marc prepared monthly financial statements for a medical billing company, prepared the monthly Board of Director package, and managed the annual budget and monthly forecasts.

From 2007 to 2009, Marc was the Controller at Reactive NanoTechnolgies, Inc. Marc prepared monthly financial statements for a nanotechnology company, managed all finance and accounting functions, and maintained a rolling forecast including cost models for manufactured products.

In 2010, Marc became an Accounting Manager at iJet International. Marc managed the day-to-day functions of the Accounting Department, prepared monthly journal entries and financial statements, and prepared sales tax returns for multiple states. Marc also managed the billing and collections function.

From 2013 to 2015, Marc served as the Controller at Transmed Foods, Inc., a Crespo Company. In this role, they continued to oversee financial statements and accounting functions.

From 2015 to 2019, Marc worked at Cambridge Farms, LLC as a Controller. Marc was responsible for financial statements and accounting functions for the company.

Most recently, in 2019, Marc became the Director of Accounting and Shared Services at Hersha Hospitality Management.

Marc Kleinman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania from 1984 to 1989.
