Theresa Rayos del Sol

Theresa Rayos del Sol has a diverse and extensive work experience in the sales and marketing industry. Theresa began their career in 1996 as an Assistant to the Director of Sales at UN Plaza Park Hyatt. Theresa then worked as a Sales Manager at Doral Park Avenue Hotel before moving on to roles as an Associate Director of Sales at Regal UN Plaza Hotel and Millenium UN Plaza Hotel.

In 2004, Theresa joined Grand Hyatt New York as an Associate Director of Sales, a position they held until 2006 when they joined Select Hotels Group LLC as the Vice President of Field Sales. During their time at Select Hotels Group, they played a pivotal role in launching the new Hyatt brands and negotiating national accounts RFPs.

Theresa then joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2010 as a Regional Vice President of Sales, where they managed a portfolio of over 20 Hyatt Place hotels in the central region. Theresa created sales tactical plans and reviewed and approved annual sales and marketing budgets. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Regional Vice President of Transient Sales, globalizing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and managing the Global RFP Assist Team.

Since 2013, Theresa has been working at Hersha Hospitality as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing and later promoted to the position of Vice President of Sales Marketing.

Theresa Rayos del Sol attended Ateneo de Manila University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Legal Management. Later, they enrolled in the University of Santo Tomas, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services to earn their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
