Courtney McKinley

Courtney McKinley has a range of experience in the hospitality industry, starting as a Front Desk Agent at Sheraton Louisville Riverside Hotel in 2011. Courtney then served as a Sales Coordinator and later as a Sales & Catering Manager, overseeing group sales and catering events. In 2018, they joined Interstate Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Area Director of Sales and later became the Director of Sales for the SpringHill Suites Louisville Hurstbourne North. Their responsibilities included achieving revenue goals and managing a budget. In 2019, they joined Aimbridge Hospitality as an Area Director of Sales, where they directed sales efforts for three Marriott-branded hotels. Currently, in 2023, they are employed at HHM Hotels as their Area Director of Sales.

Courtney McKinley received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism from Indiana University Southeast in the years 2008 to 2013. In addition, they obtained certifications in Cvent Supplier Network from Cvent in October 2020, Client Centered Sales from Signature Worldwide in 2016, and Legendary Prospecting from Signature Worldwide in 2016.
