Shari L. Rice

Shari L. Rice has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Shari L. started their career at Arthur Andersen LLP as an Audit Manager, where they worked from 1993 to 2000. Following that, they joined Herley Industries as a Corporate Controller, overseeing the monthly closing process and financial statement preparation. In 2001, they joined Rite Aid Corporation as Senior Director of General Accounting & Financial Reporting, where they coordinated and supervised the monthly accounting close and preparation of SEC filings.
