Kathleen M. McGraw

Kathleen M. McGraw has extensive experience in corporate communications and community engagement, currently serving as Managing Director of Corporate and Community Engagement at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company since September 2012. Previously held various leadership roles at Hershey including Managing Director of Corporate Communications & Community Relations and Director of Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility. Prior industry experience includes Senior Vice President at Golin, Vice President at Edelman, and Vice President at Emanate PR, overseeing major brand accounts such as Slim-Fast, Barilla, and Bank of America. Kathleen began a career in media relations and public relations with positions at IBM, Burson-Marsteller, Martin PR, and United Way, demonstrating a solid foundation in communication strategies across diverse sectors. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Spanish from the University of New Hampshire and further education from the University of Cambridge.
