Vaughn Sarago

Vaughn Sarago is an experienced professional in the entertainment and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Area Manager for Games at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company since April 2025. Prior roles at Hershey included Games Operation Supervisor, Area Supervisor, Assistant Area Supervisor, and Games Team Member, where Vaughn demonstrated strong leadership skills, guest engagement, and operational efficiency. Notably, Vaughn received the 2024 Outstanding Employee award and was nominated as Team Member of the Month in July. In addition to entertainment experience, Vaughn worked as a Financial Aid Office Assistant and Peer Counselor at Messiah University, managing confidential information and collaborating on projects. As a Grade 8 Grassroots Soccer Referee for Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer, Vaughn upheld sportsmanship and enforced game rules.
