Emma Liddell

Emma Liddell is an accomplished Occupational and Psychological Health Manager with extensive experience in trauma support and mental health services, currently serving at Hertfordshire Constabulary since November 2017. Emma's roles have included Senior Psychological Health Advisor and Trauma Therapist, where responsibilities involved providing psychological health surveillance, education, and support during critical incidents. In addition to a significant tenure at Windspirit Counselling & Psychotherapy as a Psychotherapist, Emma owns Blue Light Trauma Services, specializing in tailored trauma training for emergency services. Previous positions span diverse roles including Trauma and Wellbeing Advisor for Hampshire Police, Fire and Council, and lecturer in Public Services and Forensic Science at West Herts College. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Leeds Beckett University, along with qualifications in clinical traumatology and integrative counselling.
