Lee Spinks

Lee Spinks has extensive experience in customer experience and marketing, with recent roles including Special Constable at Hertfordshire Constabulary since May 2021 and Savings Propositions Manager at Redwood Bank from February 2023 to September 2023. Prior to these positions, Lee held the role of Customer Experience Marketing Executive at the Chartered Insurance Institute, focusing on customer and sales journey improvements, Google Analytics, SEO, and marketing campaigns from May 2019 to February 2023. At the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), key responsibilities included serving as Proposition Manager for Large Corporates, developing customer collateral, and managing cash and coin customer queries as Regional Customer Manager. Earlier experience at RBS Business involved training delivery for FATCA UK Operations and building reporting systems for HMRC. Lee is a graduate of Enfield Grammar.
