Bethany Parsons

Bethany Parsons is a Senior Social Worker with a focus on autism at Hertfordshire County Council since June 2021, previously serving as a Social Worker in the same capacity. Prior experience includes working as a Deputy Project Manager at Centre 404, where Bethany managed a transforming care package for an individual with complex needs, and as a Support Worker at Mencap, supporting autistic males with diverse needs. Additional roles include Group Leader at Camp Kostopulos and Outreach Worker positions at The Rose Road Association and Autism Wessex. Bethany holds a degree in Social Work from the University of Greenwich and has completed A Levels at Peter Symonds College along with GCSEs from Regents Park Community College.
