James Heslam

James Heslam has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as Head of Facilities Management at Hertfordshire County Council since February 2010, where previous roles included Senior Facilities Manager (Hard FM/Energy), Energy Manager, and External Funding Officer. Prior to this, James was the Postgraduate Manager at Initiatives in Business Development Group Ltd from August 2009 to January 2010, and began a career as a Graduate Management Trainee at The Beadie Group Ltd from October 2005 to July 2009. James holds a degree in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield.
