Marietta Harrow

Marietta Harrow is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in fostering the academic achievement of looked-after children and care leavers. Currently serving as the Head of Achievement at Hertfordshire Virtual School since January 2023, Marietta leads a dedicated team to enhance educational outcomes and cultivate high aspirations. Previously, Marietta co-founded Aspiring for Children Limited and held the position of Director at Whitton Harrow Limited, focusing on training in inclusion, diversity, and mentoring. As Assistant Headteacher at Wandsworth Virtual School, Marietta was instrumental in improving the prospects of children in care. Marietta's background includes roles at Hillingdon Virtual School and Radar, showcasing a commitment to supporting marginalized groups.
