Matt Withers

Matt Withers is an experienced educator currently serving as Assistant Headteacher at Hertfordshire County Council since August 2017, including a role as Year 6 Teacher and Maths Coordinator. With a solid academic foundation in education, including a PGCE and an MA in Education - Leadership and Management from the University of Derby, Matt has previously taught at St Bartholomew's CoE School and contributed as a mentor at Loughborough University. Additionally, Matt's diverse career includes experience in global delivery management and supply chain improvement at Rolls-Royce, and a role as a GLT Football Operator for Hawk-Eye Innovations, blending expertise in both education and corporate sectors.
