Mike Evans

Mike Evans has an extensive background in land promotion, asset management, and property development, currently serving as the Head of Development at Hertfordshire County Council since November 2014. Prior to this role, Mike held positions including Head of Estates and Assets at Dacorum Borough Council and Group Manager for Commercial Assets and Property Development at the Homes and Communities Agency. With experience dating back to the early 1990s, Mike has also worked in various managerial roles at English Partnerships, Commission for New Towns, and Milton Keynes Development Corporation. Mike's academic achievements include a Postgraduate Diploma in Land Economy from the University of Aberdeen and a Master's in Urban Regeneration from the University of Westminster.
