Rory McMullan

Rory McMullan currently serves as the Head of Implementation & Community Activation and Head of Road Safety and Active Travel at Hertfordshire County Council since May 2022. Previously, McMullan held the position of Casualty Reduction Manager at Kent County Council and served as Honorary Press Officer at the London Road Safety Council. Notable prior roles include Road Danger Reduction and Behaviour Change Manager at the City of London, where responsibilities involved collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance road safety, and Founder & CEO of Giant Carrots Ltd., focusing on sustainable transport and public engagement. Additional experience includes roles at Landor LINKS Ltd., ITDP China, PTRC Education and Research, Giant Bicycles, and Hi-Bike International Trading Ltd. McMullan holds a BA in Political Science from Newcastle University.
