David Vissering

David Vissering has a strong background in human resources, starting as a Management Trainee at The Hertz Corporation in July 2012. David worked their way up through various roles including Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager (achieving revenue growth of 8% YoY in 2014), and eventually becoming a Human Resources Business Partner. Their most recent role at Hertz was as the Human Resources Director, where they managed a team of 5 HR Business Partners and supported employee relations efforts for multiple tiers of management. In addition to their HR experience, David also served in the Army National Guard as a Platoon Leader and Fire Support Officer, exhibiting strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

David Vissering earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Penn State University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in February 2021.
