Marc Havis

Marc Havis has a wealth of work experience in the field of tax management. Marc most recently worked at The Hertz Corporation as Senior Vice President - Global Tax, where they focused on managing worldwide tax risks and planning. Prior to that, they held the position of VP, Global Tax at the same company, where they were responsible for cash savings, risk mitigation, and teamwork. Before joining Hertz, Marc held senior tax roles at Gulfstream Aerospace, Polymer Group, Inc, Sonoco, Medeva Pharmaceuticals, CMS/Fisons Pharmaceuticals, and EY. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in developing and implementing tax strategies to support strategic plans, providing guidance to senior management, and managing tax professionals.

Marc Havis began their education in 1979 at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a field of study in Accounting. Marc completed their studies in 1984. After a significant gap, from 1984 to 2002, Marc returned to academic pursuits and enrolled at Regent University School of Law. Marc attended from 2002 to 2004, specializing in the field of Tax and earning a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) with a focus on International Tax.
