Josefin O'Callaghan

Josefin O'Callaghan has a diverse work experience in HR and talent acquisition. Josefin started their career as a Shop Assistant at ICA Kvantum Liljeholmen in 2018. In 2019, they worked as an HR-Assistant at AUTO1 Group, a leading digital automotive platform. Josefin then joined Fenix Outdoor in 2020 as a Junior HR Business Partner, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment, improving onboarding processes, and supporting the global HR team. In 2021, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Nordnet, supporting the tech recruitment team. Josefin also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Benify, where they were responsible for tech recruitment, educating employees and managers, and improving talent acquisition practices. Currently, they work as an HR Generalist at Hertz Sverige since 2023. Overall, Josefin has gained experience in various HR and talent acquisition roles, demonstrating their expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and HR support.

Josefin O'Callaghan has a Bachelor's degree in HR with a major in Pedagogy from Stockholm University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they also completed a program called "Start coding - Summer Edition within programming" at Technigo.

Josefin has also attended Chefakademin in 2020, where they completed a program in UGL (Development of groups and leaders).

In terms of their secondary education, Josefin attended Sjölins Gymnasium from 2010 to 2013, where they completed their Upper Secondary School education in the field of Social Science.

In addition to their formal education, Josefin has obtained several certifications. In November 2019, they obtained the MAP - Personality Test certification from Assessio. In May 2020, they obtained the Map-X and Matrigma - Capacity Test certifications, also from Assessio.
