Luke Velky

Luke Velky currently serves as an Appraiser Trainee at Hertz Farm Management since July 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Valuation Analyst at National Valuation Consultants, Inc. from July 2023 to June 2024, a Ranch Hand at Cougar Ridge Lodge during the summer of 2022, and an Appraisals & Consulting Intern at SitusAMC from June 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities included constructing, analyzing, and reviewing appraisals and assisting with the preparation of appraisal reports. Luke Velky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa, obtained in May 2023, and graduated with a General Studies High School Diploma from Waverly-Shell Rock Senior High School in 2019.
