Sheila Williams

Sheila Williams is an experienced property management professional with a comprehensive background in property accounting and management roles. Currently serving as an Assistant Property Manager at Hertz Investment Group since February 2018, Sheila has also been a Property Accountant and Assistant Property Manager at Parmenter Realty Partners since May 2012. Previous positions include Real Estate Services Coordinator at CB Richard Ellis and multiple roles in property management and accounting at various firms, including Wulfe Management Services and Rosemont Realty. Sheila possesses extensive expertise in tenant relations, capital construction accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and cash management, supported by an education from Wright State University.
